WATER
water is the element of change,emotions and emotional control.waterbending is powerd by the moon,and waterbender usualy have a srtong connection with the moon.
BEGINERS TECH : for waterbending you first need to start with a chi exercise : go into a meditave trance and visualise your chi flowing through your body (white moon glow like substance) then imagine while the chi is still flowing, imagine ALL of your chi turning a deep blue colour.then slowly come out of the meditation.do this once evry day for a week.
PUSH AND PULL : -you will need a bowl of water- go into a meditave trance and see your chi (deep blue) flowing through you in streams.just look at your chi for a while.then imagine the chi coming from your solar plexus into your chest then into your arms then hands then into the bowl.fill the water with chi.then imagine little chi strings being attached to your fingers.push your hands fordward then backwards.if done correctly the water should move with your hands.remember, KEEP TRYING.
LIFTING WATER:-you will need a bowl of water- go into a meditave trance and see your chi (deep blue) flowing through you in streams.just look at your chi for a while.then imagine the chi coming from your solar plexus into your chest then into your arms then hands then into the bowl.fill the water with chi.then imagine little chi strings being attached to your fingers.then slowly raise your physical hands and imagine the water lifting with them (also see your hands moving in your head).then open your eyes,the water should have risen with them.
