CHI
chi is what you use to bend.it is a enternal life force that has many names (prana,mana,qi,psi,..etc.)chi is a very powerful substanceit is used in many martial arts to make the movments stronger.
CHI ACTIVATION : this is the begining of bending.if you didnt do this bending would take a LONG time.
go into a meditave trance.see your chi(white moon like substance) through you.just look at it for a while.watch it being still.then imagne it starting to flow VERY SLOWLY.see it flowing faster,untill its flowing at a steady rate.then snap the colour to green for 1 second then red for 1 second then blue for 1 second then cloudy white for 1 second.you will feel tired and sick after you do this.it is important that you eat and drink somthing straight after this.
STRENGHTEN CHI : somtimes your chi wont be strong enough for a certain tech,so this tech will teach you how to strenghten your chi.go into a meditave trance and see your chi flowing through you in streams.just look at your chi for a while.then SLOWLY imagine your chi streams getting brighter and brighter.then when they are 20% brighter stop making them brighter.this should strenghten your chi.
